- 1/2 T. soy sauce or liquid aminos
- 1 T. corn starch
- 1 T. cold water
- 1 egg yolk
Seasoning sauce
- 1/4 c. rice vinegar
- 3/8 c. sugar
- 3/8 c. catsup
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 1 1/2 T. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 t. sesame oil
Other:
- 1 lb. pork, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1/2 c. cornstarch for coating pork
- Oil for frying pork
Note: May substitute chicken for the pork.
