Shredded Barbecued Beef

Ingredients:
4 lb. rump roast
3 T. olive oil
1/2 c. dehydrated onions
1 c. ketchup
1 c. beef broth
2/3 c. salsa
1/4 c. rice vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar
3 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 T. mustard
2 T. molasses
2 T. lemon juice
1/4 t. cayenne pepper
1/8 t. pepper
Additional items
Hamburger buns
Directions:
Brown roast in oil.
Put roast in crock pot and cook on High for 4-6 hours.
Shred roast and return to crock pot.
Mix all other ingredients and into shredded roast.
Serve immediately or turn crock pot to Low.
Servings:
Serves 16-20.
