  • Mahi Mahi fillets, cut in half
  • Sour cream or plain yogurt
  • Bread crumbs or finely crushed Ritz® crackers
  • Olive oil or melted butter


  1. Dip both sides of Mahi Mahi in sour cream or yogurt.
  2. Dip in bread or cracker crumbs to coat.
  3. Place on baking sheet and drizzle oil or butter over top.
  4. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp.
