Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 c. milk OR 3/4 c. water + 1/4 c. powdered milk
  • 2 T. olive oil
  • 1/2 c. white flour
  • 1/2 c. wheat flour
  • 2 t. baking powder
  • 1 T. sugar
  • Dash of salt

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together until just moistened.
  2. Pour 1/4 c. butter onto pre-heated griddle (medium heat).
  3. Cook unto bubbly and set.
  4. Turn and cook other side.

Servings: Makes 8-12 pancakes.
