Ingredients:
1 egg
3/4 c. milk OR 3/4 c. water + 1/4 c. powdered milk
2 T. olive oil
1/2 c. white flour
1/2 c. wheat flour
2 t. baking powder
1 T. sugar
Dash of salt
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together until just moistened.
Pour 1/4 c. butter onto pre-heated griddle (medium heat).
Cook unto bubbly and set.
Turn and cook other side.
Servings:
Makes 8-12 pancakes.
