Korean Bulgogi (Barbecue)

Ingredients:
2 lb. chuck roast
Cooking oil
3 T. soy sauce or liquid aminos
1/4 c. sugar OR Sucanat
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1-2" fresh ginger, peeled and grated OR 1 t. ground ginger
6 cloves garlic, minced
5 T. sesame oil
Directions:
Brown chuck roast in oil; place in crock pot.
Mix all other ingredients together and pour over roast.
Cook on High for 4-6 hours.
Serve with rice.
